The Good Conversation Guide is now LIVE!
This interactive online guide is now accessible to everyone across the Greater Manchester health and care workforce. Initially designed to support a different conversation between team members and their manager, the Good Conversations Guide provides an overview on when and how we should be having conversations to make sure we are all getting the best out of them. You will find resources like discussion wheel and coaching techniques, as well as suggestive discussion topics and themes, guidance for managers and templates for recording your conversation.
Now more than ever it is important we are supporting good conversations across our workforce in Greater Manchester. You, your team or organisation may benefit from adopting the principles and using the resources it provides. Please share with your colleagues and networks along with the hashtag #GoodConversationsGuide
The guide was originally developed to support individuals and managers at Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership. Following its success, it has been further developed to support the wider Greater Manchester health and care workforce, including colleagues in the NHS and social care, as well as those in the voluntary sector and those delivering health and care services in the private sector.
