Front Line Leader Development
The Front Line Leader programme is one of the core elements of the Leadership By All; Development for All offer, which provides Leadership and Management development for colleagues at all levels in the Northern Care Alliance.
What’s involved?
The programme aims to equip future leaders in the Health and Social Care system with the skills, abilities and confidence to become an effective and inclusive leader in the NCA and wider NHS.
Mapped against the Team Leader and Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship standard the programme provides an opportunity to develop practical knowledge and skills to support leaders on their leadership journey.
Working with experienced coaches and tutors and following an apprenticeship approach, learners will cover a range of topics from team leading to project and resource management.
On completion of the programme, learners will be able to demonstrate a range of leadership and management skills and competencies that will allow them to drive, develop and successfully lead a team within the Northern Care Alliance.
