Johari’s Window is a technique that helps you to understand yourself and improve your relationships with others. It does this by increasing your self-awareness and identifying potential blind-spots.

Johari’s Window

It is one of the few tools out there that has an emphasis on “soft skills” such as behaviour, empathy, co-operation, inter group development and interpersonal development.  It’s a great model to use because of its simplicity and also because it can be applied in a variety of situations and environments

Use it independently for self-reflection or use it to seek feedback from others and gain valuable insight about how they see you and how you see yourself in relation to them.
