These are available once a month for leaders/managers across each place and provide the opportunity for 1:1 conversations with a member of the Talent and Organisational Development Team. The 1:1 provides a confidential space for Leaders and Managers to gain advice, guidance, tools, and approaches to address challenges you may be experiencing in your team, with the aim of leaving you to feel empowered and equipped to take forward actions that support addressing those challenges.
Where and when are the sessions run?
The drop-in sessions are run for a full day at every Care Organisation each month with available individual slots throughout the day. Bookings will be on a first come first served basis. Please refer to the link below to book.
How can I book onto a session?
You can book onto a session by clicking the link below for the site you would like to attend and directed to select a date and individual slot. Prior to booking we do require some additional information about the issue you wish to discuss which will be reviewed in advance of the session. Should we have any queries about the information provided or feel signposting may be more appropriate we will contact you in advance.
